Monvee

What is it?

Monvee™ means "one life." It's a computer-based assessment designed to help you determine what keeps you from becoming the person God had in mind when He thought you up. After you take a fun quiz (about five minutes), the Monvee tool will offer you a picture of where you are right this moment in your relationship with God. It will also give you a personal, hand-crafted roadmap for spiritual growth that changes as you grow. Monvee shows you your learning style, spiritual pathway and also shows you the road blocks you may experience in growth. Finally, Monvee will guide you in readings, practices, experiences and relational connections to help you further your relationship with Christ. 

What Monvee Means for Our Church

Our goal is to have as many members and new visitors as possible take the Monvee assessment. The church will receive anonymous collective data on the church members' and visitors' spiritual growth. This data will not reveal any personal details about you. It will reveal generalities such as the most common learning style to our church leaders. This information will be used in evaluating and developing new curriculum, classes, small groups and ministries to help our members and future members continue on their Journey of Souls. 

How to Take the Monvee Assessment

On August 14, 2011, we will officially launch Monvee in the church. We will also have opportunities available for you to receive assistance in taking the assessment if you are uncomfortable with computers or taking the assessment online. Please watch the church newsletter for details on these dates. 

To get started with Monvee, you will need: 

1. A Monvee Pack. You can get one of these beginning Sunday, August 14th at the new RSVP desk in the Narthex. 
2. An email address. (If you do not have an email address, you may want to check into receiving assistance at the church.)
3. About 15 minutes. 
4. Your church access code (C1007231) and red access card (inside your Monvee Pack). 

To take the Monvee assessment: 

1. Go to http://beta.monvee.com and sign up for an account. 
2. Follow the steps on your screen to take the assessment and to build your spiritual roadmap.

A few technical considerations: 

1. Monvee uses the Adobe Flash Player to deliver the assessment. Some devices are not compatible with Flash such as the iPhone and iPad. 
2. You need an email address to access your Monvee account. 
3. Monvee is a web-based application. If you are uncomfortable with the Internet, we have a team ready to assist you in taking the assessment. See the newsletter for times and dates.
