KIM PARKER - Youth Minister

Kim has many years of experience as an ordained Deacon in the United Methodist Church.  Upon graduation from the University of Mississippi, she attended Asbury Theological Seminary.  She has served at First UMC in Corinth, at Starkville First UMC, and most recently as Youth Minister at Galloway UMC in Jackson. Kim has spoken and led worship all over the nation. She is involved in program and curriculum design and writing for youth ministries at the local setting as well as for the conference.  Kim's hobbies include music, sports, and outdoor activities.

KRISTEN LEE - Youth Assistant

Kristen was born and raised in Madison, MS.  She graduated from Madison Central High school and then went on to attend Ole Miss (Hotty Toddy).  She is now a student of Occupational Therapy school at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. Kristen loves God, laughing, being outdoors, Yuck night, and traveling. Being Jill's Assistant brightens up each day...especially after a day in the Gross Anatomy lab! Kristen@stm-umc.org

JASON ANDING - Worship Leader

Jason comes to us from Ridgeland, MS. He is currently attending Harvard University, a.k.a. Mississippi College, and is majoring in Christian Studies. He is a lover of bologna covered with peanut butter and also loves sleeping and playing croquet every chance he gets. The youth love riding in his tricked out pick-up truck. DANIEL LOWE and LINDA GATES- Interns

Daniel Lowe just graduated from the University of Mississippi in Business Administration in May 2007.  He has volunteered and helped out in St. Matt's Youth Ministry for about 5 years now, and he keeps coming back! Although he went to Ole Miss, he is a huge Mississippi State football and basketball fan. Just ask him!!

Linda Gates has one more year to go at Mississippi State University, majoring in Business Information Systems.  She grew up in this youth group and loves hanging out with the youth! She loves football, especially Peyton Manning! Woot Woot!
